This Privacy Policy explains how ONORS LTD ("ONORS," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and discloses personal information when you visit https://onors.com (the "Site"), place an order, or communicate with us. By using the Site, you agree to this Policy.

1. Who We Are and How to Contact Us

2. Children's and Minors' Data

The Site and our products are intended for adults (18+) only. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

3. The Personal Information We Collect

• Identity and contact data: name, email address, phone number, shipping and billing address.
• Order and transaction data: products purchased, subscription plan, order history, and the last four digits and type of payment card. Full card numbers are processed by our payment providers and are not stored by us.
• Account and communication data: information you provide in messages, reviews, support requests, and survey responses.
• Marketing preferences and consent: your email and SMS opt-in status and your cookie choices.
• Technical and usage data: IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, referring URLs, and interactions with the Site, collected through cookies and similar technologies.

4. How We Collect Your Information

• Directly from you, when you place an order, create an account, opt in to email or SMS, contact support, or submit a review.
• Automatically, through cookies, pixels, and similar technologies when you use the Site. See Section 7 (Cookies and Tracking Technologies).
• From service providers and partners, such as our e-commerce, payment, marketing, and analytics providers.

5. How We Use Your Information

• To process and fulfill your orders and manage subscriptions and renewals.
• To take payment and prevent fraud.
• To provide customer support and respond to your requests.
• To send you transactional messages (order confirmations, shipping updates, renewal reminders).
• To send you marketing emails and, where you have opted in, SMS messages.
• To operate, secure, analyze, and improve the Site.
• To personalize content and advertising, including on third-party platforms.
• To comply with law and enforce our terms.

6. Who We Disclose Your Information To

We do not sell your personal information for money. We disclose personal information to:

• E-commerce and hosting: Shopify, which powers our store and checkout.
• Payment processing: Shopify Payments / Shop Pay and related processors.
• Email marketing: Klaviyo.
• SMS marketing: Klaviyo.
• Advertising and analytics: providers such as Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, and Google, which may set cookies or pixels to measure performance and show you relevant ads.
• Attribution and ad tracking: Hyros, which tracks clicks, conversions, and the customer journey across devices and ad campaigns (including server-side) and matches this data with advertising platforms to attribute and measure results.
• Shipping and logistics: carriers and fulfillment partners.
• Professional advisors and authorities: when required by law, to enforce our rights, or in connection with a corporate transaction.

We require our service providers to protect personal information and to use it only to provide services to us.

7. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We and our partners use cookies, pixels, tags, and similar technologies for these purposes:

• Strictly necessary: to run the store, cart, checkout, and security. These cannot be switched off.
• Analytics: to understand how the Site is used and improve it (for example, Google Analytics).
• Functional: to remember your preferences, including your cookie choices.
• Advertising, attribution, and targeting: used by us and partners such as Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, Google, and our attribution provider Hyros to show you relevant ads, track clicks and conversions, and measure performance. Under some state laws this may be considered "sharing" or "targeted advertising" (see Section 11).

You can manage cookies through our consent banner and cookie-preferences link, through your browser settings, and, for residents of certain states, through the "Your Privacy Choices" link in our footer. We honor recognized opt-out preference signals such as Global Privacy Control where required. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may stop parts of the Site from working.

8. Targeted Advertising and "Sharing"

We use advertising and attribution technologies (for example, cookies and pixels from Meta, TikTok, and Google, and click- and conversion-tracking from Hyros) to show you relevant ads and measure their performance. This may involve matching or sharing identifiers (such as your IP address, device data, email, or click and purchase activity) with advertising platforms for attribution. Under some state laws, this activity may be considered "sharing" or "targeted advertising." You can opt out as described in Section 11 and through the "Your Privacy Choices" link.

9. Your Choices

• Email: unsubscribe using the link in any marketing email.
• SMS: reply STOP to any marketing text. See Section 10 (SMS / Text Messaging Terms).
• Cookies and targeted ads: use our cookie controls and the "Your Privacy Choices" link.
• Account information: contact us to update or correct your information.

10. SMS / Text Messaging Terms

These terms govern our SMS program. By providing your mobile number and opting in, you agree to them.

• Consent. By opting in you agree to receive recurring automated marketing and transactional text messages from ONORS at the number you provide. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. You confirm you are at least 18 and the account holder or an authorized user of the number.
• Message frequency varies.
• Message and data rates may apply, depending on your carrier and plan.
• Opt out at any time by replying STOP; we will send one confirmation and then stop marketing texts. You may still receive transactional messages about your orders where permitted.
• Help: reply HELP, or contact support@onors.com.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Privacy. We do not sell or share your mobile opt-in information or consent with third parties for their own marketing.

11. Your State Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Know / access the personal information we hold about you.
• Correct inaccurate personal information.
• Delete your personal information.
• Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information and of targeted advertising.
• Non-discrimination for exercising your rights.

California (CCPA/CPRA). California residents have the rights above. We do not sell personal information for money. We do "share" personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising through advertising cookies and pixels; you can opt out using the "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" / "Your Privacy Choices" link in our footer, or by sending a recognized opt-out preference signal (such as Global Privacy Control). California's "Shine the Light" law also lets California residents request information about disclosures to third parties for their direct marketing; we do not make such disclosures.

Other states (including Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, and others with comprehensive privacy laws) have similar rights, including the right to opt out of targeted advertising. Use the same links or contact us.

How to exercise your rights. Submit a request to support@onors.com or use the "Your Privacy Choices" link. We will verify your identity before responding and will respond within the time required by law. You may use an authorized agent where the law allows. If we decline a request, you may appeal by replying to our response.

12. How We Protect Your Information

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

13. How Long We Keep Your Information

We keep personal information for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described here, including to meet legal, tax, accounting, and reporting obligations, and to resolve disputes and enforce our agreements.

14. U.S. Audience

The Site is intended for users in the United States, and we currently ship within the United States only. If you access the Site from outside the United States, you do so on your own initiative.

15. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date shows the latest version. Material changes will be posted on the Site.
